OnePupil is a small charity founded by Mrs  Mengesha and Dr. Metaferia a team of wife and husband who immigrated about twenty years ago from Ethiopia and now live in Maryland. Who were fortunate to be the beneficiaries of good primary, secondary and college education both in the USA and Ethiopia.

As an IT engineer and biomedical research scientist they really enjoy their jobs and greatly appreciate the opportunity and the value of good education in their own lives and are grateful for the support they have received from families, relatives and friends in the United States. In this charity work, they are trying to help school children in rural #Ethiopia to get education and reach their potential and achieve their dreams as they were able to do so.
